Ex-préfet de Police. - Ducoux, avait inventé le bulletin hebdomadaire dans lequel il disait invariablement tous les huit jours aux Parisiens.... "tout va bien..... très bien, très bien!" - Comme il aurait fait un bon maire de Meaux! Ce préfet de Police avait réellement un heureux caractère, il était toujours content des autres. Aujourd'hui vous pouvez voir à sa physionomie qu'il est encore très content de lui.

Former prefect of the police, Ducoux founded the weekly bulletin in which he invariably said every eight days to the Parisians.... "All is going well.... very well!"
