Se faire recureur, pour un héros superbe,
C'est par Hercule, un goût difficile à chanter.
Mais comme le dit un proverbe:
D'ÉGOUTS et des couleurs on ne peut disputer.

Translation:
AUGEAN STABLES.
That a magnificent hero voluntarily becomes a stable-boy, That - by Hercules - shows no taste of lyrics and joy,
But as the proverb reminds,
There is no accounting for tastes or designs.
