Cousin du Président de la République, représentant du peuple, colonel de la garde nationale, diplomate, etc. etc.. mais présentement ambassadeur et cousin en disponibilité. Seul entre tous les membres de l'ancienne famille impériale, ce représentant a reçu de la nature l'heureux privilège de ressembler, tout à la fois, à deux personnages excessivement célèbres en France, à Napoléon et à Polichinelle.
